First step is negotiating the potential partnership. To do that we first need to make sure our expectations align. Our partners are very important to us, and we want to make sure that they feel the same about our athletes. We work together to achieve the goal of both parties.
That is why the facilitation of partnerships between our athletes and companies, is a crucial part of our work.
We work with partners, both local and international. If there is an interest from both parties, we can make it mutually beneficial for everyone.

HOW DO WE FACILITATE BOTH PARTIES?
We help the athletes with a content plan, and make sure they have the means to follow through. We have the equipment needed to make great content for our athletes. But that is only one part of the brand activation. The other part is making the content feel relevant. That’s why we have developed a model that all our athletes work from. This is to make sure the content stays true to who the athlete is, but still helps the companies being represented in the best way.

WHAT IS THE END RESULT?
Not having to worry about gear or funding makes a huge difference for our athletes. We will focus on achieving the goals for partnership activation, so our athletes can focus on performing. The goal of one partner may be different for another. It can be brand by association, selling products or something else. Whatever it is, the goal is that both parties are satisfied, and that the partnership is long lasting, so that we can keep optimizing.
